Tina Robinson, RN
Tina has been a practicing RN for over 8 years. She completed her nursing school at Delta College in Stockton, CA where she was born and raised. She pursued nursing after an inspiring experience with a hospice nurse while her grandfather was passing away; she hopes to be able to provide the same amount of care for the patients she encounters.
During her experience in a Medical Surgical department, along with a leadership role, she gained knowledge caring for joint replacement patients after surgery. She loved helping them get back on their feet again, gaining confidence after joint replacement. She enjoys nursing because it empowers her to help people learn and grow in their health journey through knowledge. She appreciates the experience of helping someone take the right steps of recovery towards their future plans, post-surgery!
When she is not caring for patients, you will find her enjoying hobbies like camping, trail running, kayaking and exploring the outdoors.
Gail Rodriques, RN
Gail has been a practicing RN for 33 years. She completed her nursing education at San Joaquin Delta College and found herself at home at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial where she has worked since her career began.
Over her significant career in nursing, she has worn many hats, spending time in the medical surgical units, cath lab and providing patients hands-on care through home health. From there Gail was entrusted with more leadership roles at Lodi Memorial, including APU supervisor and Relief Hospital Supervisor. In 2010, Gail realized that she missed providing direct patient care, and returned to pre- and post-surgical care.
Gail’s approach to medicine incorporates outstanding clinical care by relieving anxiety with laughter. She has a special place in her heart for patient education, and with her new role as the Orthopedic Nurse Navigator she considers herself as the patient cheerleader, assisting them with their plan of care and education, from pre-surgery through discharge from Adventist Health Lodi Memorial.
